This drop is 30’x40’ and is hanging next to a floor with the same treatment. The Water Tower Theatre shop painted the floor and my paint team painted the drop in Minnesota. Our drop needed to kabuki and also be translucent. The designer wanted to achieve a vibrant under-layer with a loose drawing of the floral pattern over top.
